Sad Monkey: Where the Hell Have We Been?

So at the Step One: Get A Monkey Headquarters (a small, hidden shack deep inside Central Park), there have been several things that have limited our posting capabilities. "Real life", this "economy" thing, threats from outside forces about "blogging on the clock".... it's been hell, I tell ya.

But the good news is that a plan is in the works to get the site back up to daily snark minimums. So go have a good December, my little monkeys, and we will unveil the new site in January.

monkeymangames and mon chi chi are out of here for a little over two weeks... hopefully I'll be able to post about television on a cruise ship. In the meanwhile remember the following things: Mad Men marathon on the 20th, Project Runway (recaps are coming!), In Plain Sight, and So You Think You Can Dance.

The Evolutionary Chain: Changes at Step One

On this, our 51st post, I welcome you to the new look of Step One. A great friend to the site (we'll call him CarsonMonkey) was kind enough to whip up the new banner, and as we get more comfortable we'll continue to make the site prettier. If you notice, jump tags were eliminated for previous posts because the new look, but all the posts survived intact.

If you have any complaints and/or suggestions, leave a comment on this post. We'll actually read them.
